Job Overview
We are looking for a Powertrain Quality Operations Manager
Technical Skills
-
- 5-10 years of experience in leading multidisciplinary quality teams (Quality Operations,
Engineering, Metrology, Supplier Quality).
- Knowledge of key internal and external quality KPIs, including: DRR, 0 km PPM, 3MIS Warranty, KPPM, Internal Scrap.
- Experience in Advanced Problem Solving, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 8D methodology, risk assessment, and reaction plan definition.
- Experience in containment management and serial life management.
- Experience in managing process, product, and supplier non-conformities.
- Knowledge of Supplier Quality Management processes, supplier escalation management, and action plan evaluation.
- Knowledge of: PPAP, APQP, Control Plan, P-FMEA, D-FMEA, Process Validation, Industrial change management.
- Ability to perform technical product diagnostics and dimensional analysis.
- Knowledge of geometry, metrology, and measurement systems.
- Knowledge of SPC, Cpk, process capability, and quality statistical tools.
