About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, strategic and entrepreneurial Commercial Director to lead the next phase of growth for our luxury fashion business.
The Commercial Director will be responsible for developing and executing the company's overall commercial strategy, with a particular focus on profitable growth, international expansion and the development of the brand's retail footprint through new boutiques, shop-in-shops and strategic retail partnerships .
The role will connect all commercial activities across Wholesale, E-commerce, Retail and Merchandising , ensuring that the different channels work together as one coherent commercial strategy.
Working closely with the CEO, Finance, Creative, Merchandising, Marketing and Operations teams, the Commercial Director will be responsible for translating the strength and desirability of the brand into sustainable commercial growth, while protecting its luxury positioning and long-term brand equity.
This is a senior leadership role for an individual who combines commercial acumen, strategic thinking,



financial discipline, strong analytical capabilities and a deep understanding of luxury fashion .

1. Commercial Strategy & Business Growth
Develop and implement the company's overall commercial strategy in line with the brand's vision and long-term objectives.
