The Group is now looking to appoint a Group Controller & Head of FP&A;, reporting directly to the Group CFO.The opportunityThis is a highly visible Finance leadership role with responsibility for Group management reporting, forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis across the Italian and international businesses.
The successful candidate will become a key partner to the CFO,
providing the financial insight required to support senior management and the Board. They will take ownership of consolidated monthly reporting, short-term forecasting through to EBITDA, the annual budget and medium-term planning.
The role will also contribute directly to the continuing evolution of the Finance function, improving processes, management information and systems and helping the Group develop a more integrated and scalable reporting environment.
