What We’re Looking For:

- A strong, engaging leader who is adaptable, creative, organized, and self-driven
- Experience in training, coaching, and/or people management (travel industry experience is a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Proven ability to build trust-based relationships and motivate teams
- Solid administrative skills, including proficiency with databases and Microsoft Office
- Sound judgment with the ability to make tough decisions when needed
- Willingness to travel on short notice and work extended hours when required
- Dependability, integrity, strong work ethic, and effective time management

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit and train Tour Guides aligned with our Company Values
- Build and maintain hiring and training plans to support all products needs
- Lead Tour Guide meetings and training sessions both in-office and on the road
- Create individualized training plans for new Tour Guides
- Support, inspire, and coach the existing Tour Guide team to achieve excellence
- Conduct live coaching via phone, Microsoft Teams, and in person
- Ride along on tours to assess and support on-the-ground performance
- Assign Tour Guides based on performance
