Reporting to the CEO/Board, and coordinating closely with the GM Hotels and GM Trains,
the HR Director – Hospitality will define and lead the Group-level HR strategy for the entire luxury Hospitality division, spanning both hotel properties and premium rail operations. The role carries full strategic and operational responsibility for the HR function, overseeing an HR team structured across multiple locations and business units, and will act as the primary point of reference on all people-related matters, attracting, developing and retaining talent, building a distinctive company culture consistent with the brand's luxury positioning, and aligning HR policies with strategic business objectives.
