For our Woolrich store in Bolzanowe are looking for experienced Sales Assistants. As a Sales Assistant, your goal is to provide customer service and sales excellence. You will be responsible for ensuring that the store consistently has an appearance that encourages sales through maintenance of order, cleanliness and completeness of the range. You will be expected to ensure courtesy, friendliness and kindness, collaborating positively with the team.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required
- Previous experience as Sales Assistant in established retail reality (fashion and footwear field);
- Excellent knowledge of English language (any other languages will be considered plus);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Reliability, dynamism, courtesy and flexibility in schedules.
- Supporting the customer in the sale;
- Maintaining, managing and handling merchandise on display;
- Replenishing stock in order to ensure maximum levels of merchandise availability in the department;
- Maintaining order and cleanliness in the store;
- Managing fitting rooms following company guidelines;
Initial fixed term contract, full-time and tempo parziale (32 hours per week).
This role comes with an annual gross salary of around €20.000 - 25.000, plus a range of company benefits.
