You'll get to: Serve as the go-to person for the business on a daily basis by identifying external storage capacity, 3PL integrated warehousing solutions, and cross-dock set-ups.
Launch 3PL warehousing tenders (RFQs), evaluate commercial offers, and present recommendations and results to the business.
Lead warehousing negotiations and manage 3PL contracting in close coordination with operations, legal, controllership/finance, compliance, and IT teams to translate business requirements and KPIs into Service Level Agreements and Scopes of Work.
Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), standardized Master Services Agreements (MSAs), and reporting frameworks for 3PL warehouse activities.
Manage strategic relationships with existing logistics partners across the EMEA ANZ region and support internal stakeholders on day-to-day operational requirements.
Update KPI dashboards and facilitate regular performance and business reviews with 3PL partners to ensure service excellence and continuous improvement.
Identify warehousing optimization opportunities by engaging with local Stanley Black & Decker entities through face-to-face meetings and conference calls to understand operational needs.
