The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid

This role is contributing to the Electrification Business Area in Dalmine. You will be mainly accountable for:
- Manage customer non-conformities: follow up with suppliers and customers to clarify project details; learn and utilize customer tools to manage, analyze, and resolve claims.
- Manage Purchase Orders: upload and verify purchase orders in SAP, ensuring end-to-end process integrity with suppliers.
- Support Revenue Recognition: coordinate with customers and suppliers to ensure the correct execution of the revenue recognition process within SAP.
- Drive Improvement Projects: lead initiatives related to KPI management, data analysis, and standardization (e.g., Power BI dashboards, handover checklist maintenance, and backlog/LD analysis).




- Enhance Customer Perception: design and distribute questionnaires to suppliers and clients to evaluate project management performance and improve ABB’s brand perception.
- Process Optimization: collaborate with the project management team to analyze, improve, and standardize various execution phases.
- Team Collaboration: thrive as part of a high-performing, collaborative team.

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Economics.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of Power BI or SAP is a significant plus.
- Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
