When you work in Road Logistics Operations at Kuehne+Nagel, you play an important role in keeping transport processes accurate and efficient. As a Backoffice Operator, you help ensure that shipments move smoothly and that billing processes are handled with precision. But that is not all. Your work supports reliable deliveries for industries ranging from healthcare and automotive to high-tech and industrial sectors. At Kuehne+Nagel, your contribution helps keep supply chains running every day.
How you create impact
- Take responsibility for the billing process, including invoicing, surcharges, and renewals
- Ensure accurate and complete invoicing within monthly deadlines, helping reduce credit notes
- Check fuel surcharges on invoices and monitor rate increases for regular traffic
- Receive, verify, and confirm supplier invoices
- Support issue resolution by collaborating with relevant stakeholders
- Execute FSL activities in cooperation with the Backoffice Manager and Systems & Processes Manager
- Support accurate financial processing and reporting
What we would like you to bring
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Fluent Italian and basic English skills
- 0-2 years of professional experience (experience in logistics is an advantage)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Basic project or operational experience is a plus
- Good PC skills, including MS Office
