About the Role
Responsibilities
- Booking flights according to the procedure
- Overseeing flight vouchers and refunds
- Calling the airlines for flight changes or with other questions
- Informing Clients about Flight Changes
- Dealing with Car Rental Reservations
- Dealing with Train/Bus/Ferry Tickets Reservations upon request
- Adding Content into JayWay internal system Marco (accommodation, excursions, transfers, suggestions, etc.)
- Reviewing current content
- an ongoing project, updating room types, bed sizes, etc.
- Help with entering content for new destinations upon request
- Updating accommodation-related details upon request from TP in urgent situations, e.g room pictures or room types that need an update,
missing room category needs to be added, etc.
- Helping with some Trip Planner Assistant tasks when they are not available (coverage)
- Helping with other projects upon request
Preferred requirements and skills
- High-level spoken and written English
- Excellent organization & administrative skills
- Flexible availability
- Reliable internet connection
- Previous organizing, trip planning, or booking experience
- Travel/Leisure & Hospitality industry experience
- Solid knowledge of destinations in Europe
