Commercial Sales Manager - Italy (Basiglio)Spectrum Brands is a global consumer products company with a portfolio of trusted brands across a number of everyday consumer categories.Within Home & Personal Care, our portfolio includes iconic brands such as Russell Hobbs® and Remington®, with products designed to make everyday life easier, smarter and more convenient for consumers around the world.We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Commercial Sales Manager – Italy to lead the growth of our Home & Personal Care portfolio in the Italian market.The RoleBased in Milan, you will take ownership of the commercial development of Spectrum Brands' Home & Personal Care business in Italy.This is a broad, hands-on commercial role combining sales leadership, customer management, distribution development, commercial strategy and market growth.You will build and strengthen relationships with key retailers, distributors and e-commerce customers, identify new routes to market,
develop distribution opportunities and work closely with Trade Marketing and central teams to maximise the performance of our brands.We are looking for someone who is commercially curious, highly customer-focused and comfortable operating in a fast-moving consumer environment.What You'll DoDrive profitable sales growth across Italy, taking ownership of net sales, gross margin and EBITDA performance against the agreed Annual Operating Plan.Develop the Italian distribution network, identifying new customers, channels and white-space opportunities while expanding listings and product penetration with existing customers.Build strong relationships with key accounts, retailers and distributors, acting as a trusted commercial partner and negotiating pricing, trading terms, promotional agreements and contracts.Develop and execute the local commercial strategy, using market, consumer, customer and competitor insight to identify opportunities for growth across the Italian market.Lead new product launches
