Your Role And Responsibilities
Embedded within the eCommerce Ecosystem Agile Team, part of the Digital Commerce & Business Enablement Alliance, the eCommerce Marketplace & Platform Lead is responsible for the strategy, development, deployment and business performance of the ABB Brand Marketplace.
The ABB Brand Marketplace is currently operating across Brazil, India, Saudi Arabia and Indonesia. The role combines eCommerce platform ownership, project delivery and commercial marketplace development, working closely with Local Sales Organizations (LSOs), sellers, Product Divisions, internal IS teams and external technology partners.
The role will drive the continuous development and expansion of the marketplace, translating business and country needs into priorities, platform capabilities and successful market deployments. It will also collaborate closely with the Product Owner and 3rd Party Marketplace Lead to ensure alignment across the broader eCommerce ecosystem.
This is a global role and the preferred location is Europe.
This Position reports to: Chapter Leader Ecommerce Product Management

You Will Be Mainly Accountable For
- Define and drive the ABB Brand Marketplace strategy and roadmap, covering business growth, country expansion, platform evolution and customer experience.
- Own the business performance and development of the Brand Marketplace, driving adoption, orders, revenues, portfolio growth and seller engagement.
- Lead country deployments and localization, working with LSOs to assess opportunities, define requirements, p
