the Technical Enablement team plays a critical role in ensuring that value stream teams have the technical foundations, tooling, infrastructure, and support needed to deliver efficiently and reliably.
We are looking for an IT Support Consultant who enjoys solving complex technical problems, thrives in a collaborative environment, and takes ownership of issues from start to finish.
The Technical Enablement team is often the last point of escalation when delivery teams encounter technical challenges. As an IT Support Consultant, you will act as a trusted technical partner, helping teams navigate infrastructure, tooling, testing, and configuration-related issues.
You will investigate problems, coordinate with specialist teams when required, and ensure issues are followed through to resolution. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, a structured troubleshooting mindset, and the
