As a Specialist on the Bologna team, you will actively contribute to the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Manage your floor comprehensively, covering one or more of the four key product categories: makeup,
skincare, fragrance, Sephora Collection.
- Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and the Beauty Advisor team.
- Support Managers in daily activities and contribute to the store’s commercial and HR strategy.
- Monitor and analyze team KPIs, and motivate the team to achieve results.
- Coordinate commercial and organizational activities (promotions, events, new product launches, CRM campaigns, etc.).
- Manage the stockroom, maintaining optimal stock levels in accordance with replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
- Implement company procedures (regulations, safety procedures) and commercial policies (pricing, promotions, communication) established by central departments.
- Train new hires and guide their growth in collaboration with Managers.
- Interact openly with diverse groups, building relationships within and beyond the organization. Highlight wins, celebrate
