Program Manager Solid State Transformer

Your Role And Responsibilities
We are looking for a Power Systems Architect to join our Direct Current Data Center Incubator, playing a critical role in driving the transformational shift toward next-generation Direct current data center architectures. Working closely with strategic customers - especially hyperscalers - you will help shape the future of data center architectures by translating complex customer challenges into innovative,



optimized electrical solutions.
In this highly visible role, you will act as a trusted technical advisor across the full project lifecycle, combining deep technical expertise with strong consultative skills. You will influence market opportunities, support customer adoption, reduce churn, and enable flawless execution of pioneering Direct Current data center projects.
The work model for the role is: hybrid ( hybrid)
This position reports solid line to the Solid State Transformer Program Manager and dotted line to the Direct Current Datacenter Incubator Manager.
