Risk and Quality Engineer

Segula Technolgies Is Looking For One Supplier Quality Engineer To Join Our Team And Support An Important Customer. Represent the company and own the relationship with Suppliers

~ Determine root cause of supplier manufacturing problems and lead implementation of timely, effective, and efficient quality resolutions

~ Manage supplier crisis with on-site support within 24 hrs when required

~ Assure supplier understanding and compliance with APQP processes and product PPAP submission and approval requirements

~ Improve quality performance of suppliers, running workshops at supplier site and assisting supplier in developing a robust quality system

~ University Degree in Engineering (preferred) or equivalent experience. Preferred specializations are: mechanical, electronics, aeronautical, chemical, industrial processes

~2 years, thereof 1 years’ experience in the field of Automotive Purchasing/Supplier Quality or Engineering

~ Knowledge of manufacturing and assembly plant processes, procedures, tooling, equipment and facilities

~ Demonstrated knowledge of probability,



statistical quality control and design of experiments

~ Knowledge about quality management and value analysis

~ Knowledge of MS-Office

~ Flexibility, Ability to work under pressure, initiative, capacity of teamwork, social and intercultural competency

~ High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others and motivate team members

~ Technical and Quality Certifications are a plus

The final salary will be determined based on skills and experience, with a range of between €32.000 and €38.000 gross annual salary
