Ensure the execution of Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards and action plans to improve the scores.Requirements· Extensive experience in F&B; leadership roles, within luxury hotels or resorts of international repute.· Demonstrated success in managing high-quality F&B; outlets, including experience in staff supervision, financial management, and revenue generation.· Comprehensive understanding of luxury hospitality standards, including experience with NPS and LQA.· Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills; proven ability to build, motivate, and manage a high-performing team.· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills; ability to remain calm under pressure, adapt to changing circumstances, and implement effective solutions.Vantaggi
