Job Purpose and Impact The EMEAI Process Safety Expert will serve as the regional process safety subject matter expert supporting approximately 44 manufacturing sites across the EMEAI region. This newly created role is responsible for strengthening process safety performance, regulatory compliance, and operational risk management across a diverse manufacturing network. In this role, you will provide technical guidance, coaching,



and hands-on support to manufacturing facilities, partnering closely with site leadership teams to identify risks, develop action plans, and drive the implementation of process safety improvements. You will help define, develop, and deploy corporate process safety standards while supporting continuous improvement across Process Safety Management (PSM) programs throughout the region. Key Accountabilities
- Identify risks and lead the development of action plans to improve process safety programs, processes and systems.
- Serve as the regional subject matter expert for Process Safety Management, including Dust Hazard Assessments (DHA), Seveso requirements and ATEX regulations, providing technical guidance and support across EMEAI manufacturing sites.
