PEX department develops and supports operational excellence within factories, with particular focus on standards, visual management, lean tool, and costs control reporting.PEX department supports data factory reporting, develops internal digital systems to improve costs and efficiency target; cooperates with central functions for implementing strategies and vision through all VESTAS.
Responsibilities
Plan and manage activities necessary to meet desired levels of standard work implementation based on both setup lines and existing ones.
Monitoring and analysis of production processes Data on specific KPI and costs targets.
Provide technical support and training to production teams when required as it applies to production standard works and setup of production lines.
Provide Process Excellence support to reach factory objectives in terms of Safety, Quality and Delivery Costs.
Provide visual management tools and std work creation in shopfloor.
Cooperates on assignments and projects that require collaboration with other functions (Logistics - Quality - Production).
Encourage operational teams to create a leadership culture and continuous improvement mindset.
Qualifications
Master or Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
Ability in use of Lean and Problem solving tools (DM, Takt, PDCA, 5 WHY, VSM).
Experienced in Lean methodologies and 5S implementation.
Background experience in manufacturing operations industries.
Lean certification (Yellow Belt).
Advanced in English language.
Competencies
Good interpersonal and leadership skills, with an ability to communicate effectively across departments.
Detail-oriented mindset, effective organizational skills, and ability to adhere to standards and deadlines
Experience in customer service and conflict resolution.
Ability in use of IT systems and platform (MS-office/SAP).
Ability in use of AUTOCAD
