- EMBELIA is looking for a driven Sales Manager Italy to accelerate our growth across the country (based in Parma | Frequent travel (50%+)).

Reporting directly to the Embelia Sales Director, you will play a key role in expanding our footprint, boosting revenue,



and building strong client partnerships across multiple industries (perfumery, cosmetics, beauty, nutraceuticals, and more).

What you’ll do
- Drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities and actively prospecting high-potential clients
- Own and develop your client portfolio, ensuring long-term relationships and customer loyalty
- Understand client needs and deliver tailored, value-driven solutions
- Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring compliance and client satisfaction
- Stay ahead of the market by tracking trends, products, and competitors
- Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities to improve results
- Represent EMBELIA at trade shows, events, and key industry meetings
- Enhance brand visibility and contribute to the company’s growth and reputation
