ROLE SUMMARY:

Louis School Archinto is seeking a talented and committed English Teacher & SENDCo to join the school from August 2026. This is a hybrid role combining teaching IB Diploma Programme and IGCSE English with SENDCo responsibility, leading the provision for students with additional learning needs across the High School.-
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Teach English within the IB Diploma Programme (Language & Literature and/or Literature) and IGCSE English Language and Literature
- Plan and deliver engaging, analytical and skills-based lessons aligned with IB philosophy
- Prepare students for Internal Assessments and IB examinations
- Lead the SEND provision across the High School (0.75 allocation)
- Identify students requiring additional support and oversee appropriate interventions
- Develop and monitor Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and access arrangements
- Support teachers with differentiation strategies and incl
