The Position
- In this position, you will report to the Head of Supply Chain, Novo Nordisk Italian Affiliate. As our Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the daily operations of the company's logistics department and be the local contact point for projects.
- Furthermore, you will:
- Oversee Third -Party Logistics (3PL) operations, ensuring smooth operations in terms of order entry, stock management, orders execution, day-to-day issue resolution, KPI monitoring,
- Manage offshored activities and external logistic suppliers, including the emergency channel management and promotional and sample materials flow oversight.
- Serve as the contact point for customers, including wholesalers,
pharmacists, and other stakeholders.
- Be the local contact point of supply chain projects and promote a continuous improvement approach.
Qualifications
- In addition, you have:
- Excellent communication and stakeholders’ management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Fluent English & Italian, both written and spoken
- Good knowledge and utilization of SAP
