Compensation
A starting salary of € 30.000 (RAL)is provided. The offer will take into account the level of responsibility, autonomy, and complexity of the role that the candidate will be able to handle, based on their knowledge and experience.

Your Role
The Indirect Category Buyer is responsible for the operational procurement of indirect goods and services while managing assigned procurement categories.



The role ensures timely, compliant and cost-effective purchasing, supports internal stakeholders and contributes to supplier performance, category development, contract management and continuous improvement. Working closely with Category Managers and business stakeholders, the Category Buyer drives operational excellence, cost optimization and sustainable procurement in alignment with corporate procurement policies and ESG objectives.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Operational Procurement
- Process purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders in accordance with procurement policies.
- Ensure timely procurement of indirect goods and services (e.g. facility management, IT, professional services, logistics, marketing, HR, CapEx, MRO).
- Monitor order confirmations, delivery dates and invoice-related issues.
- Resolve procurement-related operational issues and elevate risks where required.
