As a HR Administration Trainee in Valeo VHG Italy, in Santena, you will have the opportunity to work with the most powerful carmaker companies, in the electronics development working in an international and multicultural environment.
Mission
Administrative support
- Supports employees’ arrivals & departures: presents & explains the tools, collects, manages and updates individual documents & files
- Transfers information & documents to the related structure (internal, or external) when required

- Relays when necessary the information to employees & managers related to all HR topics (ie: all certificates…)
- Support VES on Welfare & Shares monthly administration
- Support VES on Labour Costs activities

HR Projects
- Support VES projects (ADP Revolution, Workday Digitalizations, Concur implementation)

Desired Skills And Experience
- Bachelor/Master Degree Labor Consultancy, Law or Economics
- Fluent English
- Excel basic skills
