LOCATION: Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
WORKING SCHEDULE: Monday to Sunday; 24/7 rotational shifts; 5 days/week, 8 hours/day
COMPENSATION :
€1,000 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
€7.63 food allowance per working day
Welcome Bonus - This premio will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment

The Role As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide professional, efficient, and empathetic support to customers across different markets. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, provide accurate information, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
Your Responsibilities Provide professional customer support through verbal and written communication
Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Support more than one market when required
Manage and retain large amounts of product and process information
Troubleshoot customer issues and follow established procedures
Handle disputes and sensitive situations professionally
Prioritize tasks effectively and work with strong attention to detail
Demonstrate active listening and empathy in every customer interaction
Maintain a high level of service quality in a fast-paced environment
Requirements Fluent verbal and written communication in Italian
C1 level of English
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and prioritization abilities
Ability to learn, retain, and manage large amounts of information
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
