Key Role Responsibilities: Team Management: Collaborate with engineers,



and construction managers to develop comprehensive project plans and ensure delivery on schedule.
Collaborate with any other consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, estimators, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
Liaise with clients and other 3rd parties as required, such as insurance companies, vendors, etc.
Develop comprehensive scope-of-works (SoW), task information deliverables lists (TIDP), and responsibility matrices (R&R;/ RACI) for CSA disciplines.
Raise any design-related risks to planning, commercial and management, and establish a course to minimise their impact.
Maintain accurate records of key design activities (e.g. changes, issues) as they arise and elevate to management as appropriate.
Assist the Central Engineering and site teams with proactive contributions to construction and team matters.
Attend design related meetings and provide continual input for optimisation.
