Construction Engineer – Head Office (Milano) | Oil & Gas EPCFor one of our clients operating in the Oil & Gas EPC sector, we are looking to hire a Construction Engineer to be based in their head offices in Milan.The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting construction activities from the proposal phase through to site mobilization, ensuring proper coordination and definition of construction strategies in line with project requirements, contractual obligations, and company standards.The role is fully integrated within the Construction & Commissioning Department and requires close interaction with Project Management, Proposal, Procurement, and Project Control teams.Key Responsibilities:Actively support the Proposal Department during the bidding phase, contributing to construction planning, manpower estimation, cost analysis, and technical evaluation of subcontractors.Perform technical alignment of subcontractor proposals during both bidding and execution phasesContribute to the definition and consolidation of construction strategy in line with scope,
budget and contractual requirementsReview contractual documentation to ensure a fit-for-purpose construction execution approachProvide inputs for project scheduling, ensuring alignment with contractual milestonesSupport the definition of construction manhours by discipline and work classCoordinate home office construction activities for one or more projects until site mobilizationPromote and verify implementation of the constructability planPrepare and review key construction documentation, including procedures, specifications, Work Requisitions (WR), Site Mobilization Plans, and Vendor Assistance Plans. xbvzest Requirements:Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Construction roles within EPC projects, preferably in the Oil & Gas or Energy sectorProven experience in home office construction activities, supporting projects from bidding phase through to site mobilizationSolid involvement in proposal / tendering p
