About the Company Responsible for supporting sales, world-class technical representation, support, and training, to water systems distributors and their contractors. Responsibilities
In the assigned territory, provide technical service and support on Franklin Electric water systems products, including motors, pumps, and electronic drives and controls. Guide testing and troubleshooting of Franklin products in water systems installations. Provide direction and expertise during new product installations. Represent Franklin Electric at on-site installation meetings to timely resolve field issues. Present technical seminars to water systems distributors, dealers, and contractors. Represent Franklin Electric at trade shows and special events. Write and submit weekly reports needed to highlight problems at specific sites and/or with certain customers or products. Provide specialized training to specific customers. Perform other related duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/high school technical diploma – electronics specialization Three to five years of technical, sales, or related water systems or industry experience.
Required Skills
Working knowledge of water systems in general, with specific knowledge of pumps, motors, drives and controls. Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills. Ability to develop strong working relationships with water systems professionals. Be able to work independently with outstanding organizational skills. Previous sales or service experience preferred. Self-motivated and energetic personality with a desire to service the customer.
