An outstanding opportunity to join a highly successful, rapidly growing Italian international group with revenues exceeding €1 billion.
Listed on the Italian Stock Exchange and recognised as a European leader in its sector, the Group operates across several international markets and has established an excellent record of growth. It combines the scale and ambitions of a major listed company with an entrepreneurial culture, direct access to senior decision-makers and an excellent working environment.
The Group is now looking to appoint a Group Controller & Head of FP&A;, reporting directly to the Group CFO.

The opportunity
This is a highly visible Finance leadership role with responsibility for Group management reporting, forecasting,



budgeting and performance analysis across the Italian and international businesses.
The successful candidate will become a key partner to the CFO, providing the financial insight required to support senior management and the Board. They will take ownership of consolidated monthly reporting, short-term forecasting through to EBITDA, the annual budget and medium-term planning.
The role will also contribute directly to the continuing evolution of the Finance function, improving processes, management information and systems and helping the Group develop a more integrated and scalable reporting environment.

The position offers:
- Direct exposure to the Group CFO, senior management and Board
- Responsibility for the complete Group reporting and planning cycle
- An international remit covering several European markets
- Leadership of an experienced central controlling team
