To strengthen the Finance function at its manufacturing site in India, we have been retained to search for a: Resident Senior Controller – IndiaThe candidate will be responsible for monitoring operational performance of the manufacturing plant in India. The role combines operational analysis and business support, ensuring transparency and alignment with group standardsKey responsibilities· Monitor plant performance and key manufacturing KPIs· Analyze production costs, labor efficiency and machine utilization· Manage standard costing, variance analysis and cost allocation· Track bill of materials and manufacturing cost structures· Support operational efficiency and CapEx investment evaluations· Monitor cross-functional KPIs (sales margins, purchasing costs, production volumes,
