CISA was established in 1947 in Italy: it was one of the first companies to develop autoclave sterilizers for the healthcare industry. With its headquarters in Lucca, at the heart of Tuscany, and its sister company Cisa Brazil, CISA is a global company and counts as one of the seven largest players on the world market in the manufacturing of Sterilizers and Washer & Disinfectors. We are seeking a Sales Manager Far East to establish and lead the Sales of CISA Production authorized distributors' network in Far East.
Activities
- Execute and develop strategies to achieve sales targets across the Far East region
- Develop and maintain relationships with CISA Autorized distributors in the region
- Discover new partners and build long-term strategic partnerships
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and suggest strategies tailored to the Far East market
- Operate in a global environment, with willingness to travel across the Far East region

Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the medical device industry
- In-depth understanding of CSSDs, biotechnology laboratories and pharmaceutical facilities business sectors
- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales tracking and hospital procurement processes
- Proven experience in a sales management role.

Education
- Degree or higher in Business Administration, International Trade, Medical Devices or related field

Languages
- Strong business communication skills in English/French and in at least one local language. Italian language skill is a plus

Work Location:
- Far East Region
