Strategist - Health Innovation

I’m supporting a global life sciences health innovation and consulting organisation in hiring a Strategist to help shape, launch, and scale innovative and digital health solutions for major pharmaceutical clients across Europe. This is a hands‑on, strategy‑led role sitting at the intersection of innovation, commercialization, and execution.
This role will offer you

Key responsibilities
- Define and deliver go‑to‑market and commercialization strategies for health and digital health innovations
- Support projects across the full lifecycle: idea → launch → scale
- Translate clinical, regulatory, and market requirements into clear strategic roadmaps
- Lead or contribute to client engagements, workshops, and pitches
- Produce high‑quality strategic outputs (e.g. PowerPoint narratives) and support execution
- Collaborate across strategy, account, data, technology, medical, and commercial teams
You will bring
- Strong experience launching health or digital health innovations within pharma or healthcare
- Proven strategy and commercialization experience (consulting, agency, or in‑house)
- Confidence managing client relationships and leading pitches
- A hands‑on mindset, even at a senior level
- Fluent English (Italian and/or German a plus)
