We are looking for a Sales & Account Director – Italy to lead business development, build strategic customer relationships, and drive the growth of Autel Energy's charging solutions across the Italian market. Role PurposeThe Sales Manager is responsible for developing Autel's Smart Energy business in Italy by identifying opportunities, acquiring strategic customers, and growing long-term partnerships.
The role combines business development, key account management, commercial negotiation, and market strategy. The Sales Manager acts as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the complete sales cycle while coordinating internal resources to ensure successful project execution.
This position requires a commercially driven professional with strong business acumen, experience in infrastructure-related industries, and the ability to operate independently in the Italian market within a fast-growing international environment. Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
