About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and curious Digital Communications Intern to join our team in
Milan.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about the beauty industry, social media, digital communications and storytelling and wants to gain hands-on experience in an international and fast-paced environment.
You will support the team in developing and executing digital communication initiatives, working across social media, content, influencer marketing and campaign performance analysis. We are looking for someone who can combine creativity with an analytical mindset, bringing new ideas while also being comfortable using data to understand what works and how we can improve.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of digital communication campaigns.
- Assist with the organization and coordination of influencer events and collaborations.
- Support the creation, adaptation and coordination of digital and social media content.
- Work closely with our social media agency to support campaign and content execution.
- Monitor social media and campaign performance, tracking relevant KPIs.
- Analyze results and identify key learnings and insights to help optimize future activities.
- Support the team with presentations, reporting and ongoing digital communication projects.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platforms and emerging digital formats, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
