SATO Italy is looking for a talented Junior Customer Service Representative who thrives in a well-structured sales cycle environment. Your primary objective is to work directly with SATO’s customers to drive and support the customer service in the Italian market. You are here to help lift our service to the next level. This starts by feeding orders into our ERP system, but it doesn’t end there. It ends with a happy customer who has received their order in a timely manner. Primary point of contact for all inbound telephone calls and emails;
Build, maintain and manage relationships with all Business Partners and end-users.
Coordinate and manage office administration activities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Manage office-related documentation, including lease agreements, contracts, and supplier records.
Handle incoming mail, courier deliveries, and official correspondence.
Coordinate the ordering, allocation, and tracking of company assets, including laptops, mobile phones/SIM cards, and company vehicles.
Support onboarding and offboarding activities by arranging required equipment and administrative documentation.
Liaise with external service providers, landlords, and facility management companies as required.
Assist with invoicing, accounting administration, and other operational support activities when needed.
Degree: Economics, Marketing, Communications, Foreign Languages, Social Sciences, Humanities.
