We are looking for a motivated intern to join our Mass Account Management team in Italy. In this role, you will support both the Seller Incubation and Seller Acquisition workstreams,



helping the team improve reporting, identify growth opportunities, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and explore how AI can make our operations more scalable.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is curious about e-commerce, comfortable working with data, and excited to contribute in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve weekly performance reports across seller incubation and acquisition workstreams.
- Analyze seller, campaign, and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support acquisition campaign coordination with external paid media or performance marketing agencies when needed.
- Work closely with internal teams, including TPA teams supporting seller onboarding and incubation, as well as local Industry Account Managers.
