Form the project team in collaboration with the relevant departments.
Identify both internal and external stakeholders and establish an effective communication management plan.
Project PlanningIdentify potential risks and develop an appropriate risk mitigation plan.
Support cost evaluation and the preparation of the capital budgeting model (Project Sustainability Analysis).Develop the project schedule and effectively communicate it to both internal and external stakeholders.
