We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a United Nations agency, for their One Payroll Program — a strategic initiative to consolidate payroll onto a single SAP-based solution, aligned with an ongoing SAP S/4HANA upgrade and broader HR transformation.

SAP HCM/Payroll Senior Analyst (Functional)
Own payroll configuration and business process design end to end — SAP Payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, functions/operations, EVE, and payroll Infotypes — while supporting complex UN payroll policies, compliance, controls, and testing (SIT, UAT, parallel runs).
You bring: - 12+ years SAP HCM,
with deep SAP NPO Payroll specialization - Proven end-to-end SAP Payroll implementations across multiple countries - Strong hands-on configuration (schemas, PCRs, wage types, payroll processing) - Payroll-to-Finance integration, reconciliation, and data migration experience - Preferred: UN/international organization background, multi-currency, S/4HANA, Payroll Control Center, Fiori
SAP HCM/Payroll Senior Developer (Techno-Functional)
Provide technical leadership for SAP HCM Payroll — custom developments, payroll engine enhancements, interfaces, reporting, and advanced troubleshooting — with strong functional understanding of UN payroll processes.
You bring: - 12+ years SAP HCM (SAP NPO Payroll) + minimum 10 years ABAP - Advanced ABAP & Object-Oriented ABAP, debugging, User Exits, BAdIs, Enhancement Framework - SmartForms, Adobe Forms, ALV reporting - Payroll cluster/results analysis, root cause analysis, custom validation & reconciliation tools
