We’re looking for an Operations Specialist to join our team. A unique opportunity to gain exposure to both client-facing growth work and internal operational processes within the finance industry, and learning how a fintech scales from the inside.

Support the implementation of new client projects by managing operational activities, gathering and documenting requirements, and ensuring timely delivery in collaboration with internal teams.
Maintain ongoing contact with clients during project setup and execution, ensuring clarity on timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops.
Liaise with internal teams (Product, Research, Engineering, and Operations)



to ensure project milestones are met and any blockers are promptly resolved.
Contribute to the optimization of internal workflows, documentation standards, and reporting tools to enhance operational efficiency.
Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure information is properly tracked in project management tools.
2 - 3 years of professional experience in operations, client delivery, consulting, or a comparable role requiring coordination across teams;
~ Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Management Engineering or a related quantitative field;
~ A working understanding of how commercial, technical, and research functions fit together within a company, and the ability to learn an unfamiliar domain quickly;
~ Fluent written and spoken English , with the ability to communicate confidently with senior external stakeholders.
