Job description

Role Summary: We are seeking a results-oriented Sales Manager to manage key client relationships and support sales execution within the railway industry, as part of the internal Hitachi synergy team for Mobility. The ideal candidate will have solid sales experience, a good understanding of both rail operations and digital solutions,



and the ability to support medium‑complexity deals and day‑to‑day sales operations within a collaborative, cross‑company environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the rail industry, ensuring alignment with their digital transformation objectives.
- Solution Selling: Collaborate with technical and project teams to develop tailored digital solutions that address client needs, primarily on medium‑complexity and transactional deals.
- Sales Operations Support: Act as a key point of contact for sales operations activities — supporting pipeline management, deal tracking, forecasting inputs, CRM hygiene, and coordination between sales and delivery teams.
- Revenue Accountability: Contribute to and be held accountable for the sales and revenue targets of the internal Hitachi synergy team for Mobility.
