The role acts as a technical link between the Engineering home office, customers, project teams, and site personnel, supporting the successful deployment and operation of equipment at construction sites and contributing to the continuous improvement of products and field service activities.
ResponsibilitiesEquipment Installation and CommissioningPerform functional checks and verify the correct operation of mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and control systems. Support the integration and testing of equipment control and monitoring systems. Identify and resolve technical issues arising during installation and commissioning.
After-Sales Technical SupportProvide technical assistance to customers and site teams during equipment operation.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and control-system issues.
