Job Responsibilities\*\* \* Receive incoming goods, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders and delivery notes. \* Inspect materials for damage or defects upon arrival and report discrepancies. \* Organize and store materials in designated locations within the warehouse, adhering to company procedures and safety regulations. \* Maintain accurate inventory records using the company's inventory management system. \* Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records. \* Prepare and issue materials and products for production, shipping, or other departments as requested. \* Ensure proper handling and packaging of materials to prevent damage during storage and transit.
\* Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks safely and efficiently (if certified). \* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the warehouse. \* Collaborate with other departments to optimize material flow and resolve supply chain issues. \* Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
