We are looking for a new Area Manager to join our Italian Field Force
As Area Manager, you will oversee and develop commercial relationships, pushing Hyundai Capital Bank Italy financing and insurance products to our partner network across North Italy

? Main Activities:
- Manage and strengthen relationships with dealers and financial partners across Italy.
- Ensure sharing and implementation of new strategies / products / initiatives towards all the Dealer’s network, both in terms of Wholesale and Retail.
- Become a Dealer’s Business Partner, sharing KPIs and proposing dedicated Action Plans in order to improve Sales & Financing performance.
- Monitor Sales Performance Metrics and identify opportunities for Business Development.
- Collaborate with central functions to enhance processes, tools, and services.
- Prepare reports and presentations for Management to support strategic decisions.
- Provide ongoing support to the Sales team through pricing tools, dashboards,



and tailored report to facilitate commercial decision-making.

? Requirements:
Teamwork and Effective Communication will make the difference, but these are the elements that will guide us in choosing the right Resource for our Organization:
- 3-5 years of experience in Pricing or Financial Analysis Field Automotive OEM / Field Automotive Captive, ideally in Captive Finance or the automotive industry
- University degree in Marketing or Economics or Engineering
- Willingness to travel (Italy)
- Experience developing executive presentations, dashboards, process dashboards, and monitoring tools
- Ability to "get things done" even in difficult environments
- Analytical skills to develop correct actions from information
- Strong Team Player with excellent communicative skills
- English: fluent in speaking and writing
- Italian: native speaker
