Context
Reporting directly to the Tender Department Manager,
the Proposal Manager will be responsible for the operational coordination and finalization of technical and economic proposals for both public and private tenders, at national and international levels.
Missions/Main Duties
Key responsibilities include:
- Bid Management & Coordination: Manage the entire proposal lifecycle, from initial tender review to timeline planning, ensuring strict adherence to submission deadlines and high-quality documentation.
- Technical-Commercial Interface: Actively collaborate with Project Managers, internal technical experts, and external partners to gather necessary inputs and structure them into a competitive proposal.
- Technical Proposal Development: Support the drafting and assembly of methodological reports, management plans, and qualitative criteria required by the tender.
- Cost Analysis & Financial Proposal: Collaborate on pricing strategy, project cost analysis, and the preparation of the econ
