You will transform the service desk from a reactive support function into a proactive, scalable and data-driven capability that anticipates needs, reduces friction and enables people to do their best work every day. /p h3bLocation / WFH: /b /h3 pYou'll join colleagues in the Milan office twice a week with flexibility to work from home.
