You’ll own two critical functions as we scale from startup to category leader
- Tech Recruiting (60%)
- Build the machine that brings Europe’s best engineering talent to Exein
- Own the full hiring process for backend, embedded, and security engineers
- Close hard-to-fill roles with a consultative, data-driven approach
- Scale hiring over the next 18 months
- Employer Branding (40%)
- Position Exein as the destination for engineers who want to work on hard problems at scale
- Create content, events, and community initiatives that showcase our technical excellence
- Build our presence where top talent lives: conferences, open source, technical communities
- Turn our growth story into magnetic employer positioning
You are:
- Experienced tech recruiter (5+ years) with a track record in high-growth environments
- Coming from a European scale-up or fast-scaling tech company
- Equally comfortable sourcing passive candidates and building brand strategy
- Data-driven: you optimize funnels, track metrics, and iterate quickly
- A builder who thrives on ownership and creating processes from scratch
- Fluent in English; Italian is a plus
