Overview
We are seeking an AI Engineer to join our Technology and Innovation team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement and optimize AI-powered systems that generate creative content for global enterprise companies and serve thousands of users worldwide, driving business growth at scale.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and deploy machine learning models and AI services using Python, FastAPI and related frameworks
- Build and implement autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems that can collaborate to solve complex tasks, make decisions and execute workflows with minimal human intervention
- Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies for various use cases
- Collaborate with the product team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Build and maintain containerized AI services using Docker and create scalable AI pipelines for content generation
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices to integrate AI models into our platform
- Monitor and optimize AI model performance to improve accuracy, scalability and user experience
- Conduct experiments, perform data analysis and provide insights to enhance model performance
- Stay updated on the latest advances in AI/GenAI technologies and proactively suggest platform improvements
- Participate in code reviews, unit tests and documentation to ensure high quality product delivery
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or similar field
- Experience with generative AI models and prompt engineering for LLMs
- Strong programming experience in Python and relevant libraries/frameworks
- Experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks
- Practical knowledge of Docker containerization
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures and natural language processing (NLP) techniques
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Analytical thinker with intellectual curiosity and a systematic approach to problem-solving
- Strong believer in teamwork and collaboration
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with MLOps/LLMOps concepts and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, particularly AWS
- Experience with vector databases and RAG frameworks (LlamaIndex, LangChain)
- Background in NLP or computational linguistics
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools
