ph3About the Role: /h3pAs a Category Activation Specialist, you will support the Chocolate team in executing activation plans across multiple categories, including snacks, tablets, eggs with surprise, bites, and more. You will contribute to translating marketing strategies into impactful in-store execution, ensuring strong brand visibility across different retail channels. /ph3Main Responsibilities: /h3ulliYou will support the execution of Category Activation Plans for each sales cycle, contributing to the development and implementation of in-store visibility initiatives and promotional activities aligned with brand guidelines. /liliCoordinating the development and production of POS materials, you will work closely with creative and production agencies to ensure quality, timing, and consistency across all touchpoints. /liliYou will support the management of the activation budget by monitoring costs, processing purchase orders, and tracking project investments. /liliIn collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain, you will help coordinate promotional mechanics such as out-of-shelf activations, contests, and coupons, ensuring smooth execution in the market. /liliBy supporting the creation and planning of POS materials and promotional assortments, you will contribute to accurate forecasting and ensure the availability of the right tools to support sell-in and sell-out activities. /liliYou will also contribute to the execution of key seasonal activations, including Halloween and Carnival, and support the ongoing development of the Kinder Momenti Insieme promotional platform, helping deliver engaging shopper experiences and strengthen consumer loyalty. /li /ulh3About You: /h3pYou hold a Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field, and have strong analytical and organizational skills. You are eager to develop project management skills and enjoy working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. You are detail-oriented,



proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy. You are comfortable collaborating with different stakeholders and external agencies, with strong communication and teamwork skills. You have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for bringing brands to life through excellent in-store execution. You combine a hands-on approach with curiosity and a strong focus on delivering high-quality results. /ppAre you ready to bring our brands to life at the point of sale? /ph3What We Offer: /h3pThe role is classified at Level 1° under the National Collective Agreement for the Food Industry (CCNL Industria Alimentare). The guaranteed minimum base annual gross salary established by the CCNL for the applicable level is € 43.249. The compensation package also includes an annual variable component with a target of up to 5% of base salary.
