We are seeking a Senior Staff Component Verification Engineer in our Research & Development team.
You will merge creativity with technical expertise to shape the future of technology, drive projects, and bring ideas to life.
Your Role
Define validation concepts for controller-based ICs
Develop comprehensive test plans based on requirements
Lead the design of validation test benches
Test and verify embedded controllers, including Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) testing and firmware validation
Document defects and compliance metrics in an automated way to maintain quality standards
Your Profile
Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
5+ years of experience with embedded systems, specifically ARM Cortex-M MCUs
Strong foundations in embedded C/C++, MATLAB or Python
Hardware debugging skills using oscilloscopes and multimeters
Experience in automated test scripting with Python
Fluency in English (mandatory)
Location: Pavia, Italy
Indicative Salary Range: *****€ - *****€ per year.
The stated salary comprises base pay and target variable compensation.
