seeking 02 experienced Senior Business Development Managers to drive strategic
partnerships and revenue growth. You will leverage your games industry network
to secure external development, co-development, and licensing opportunities.
WORK LOCATION: REMOTE FROM UK/EU AND US.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Source deals: Identify, pitch, and close strategic partnerships with global
game publishers and developers.
* Manage external development: Oversee outsourcing partnerships, work-for-hire
contracts, and co-development pipelines.
* Drive revenue: Negotiate high-value commercial agreements from initial
contact to contract execution.
* Analyze markets: Evaluate industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging
platform opportunities to pivot strategy.
* Collaborate internally: Partner with product, legal, and production teams to
ensure alignment on client deliverables.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
* Experience:
Minimum 5 years of business development or strategic partnerships
experience within the gaming industry.
* Platform expertise: Deep understanding of the mobile gaming ecosystem,
monetization models, and store optimization.
* Sourcing network: A robust, active network of industry contacts across global
publishers and developers.
* External dev acumen: Proven track record of managing external development
workflows, outsourcing, or art/engineering services.
* Negotiation skills: Expert ability to draft term sheets, navigate complex
legal reviews, and close six-figure deals.
